Products are shipped within 30 working days. All the announced delays are calculated in working days. Packages that will be returned to us for no claim, lack of address or any other reason for which we can not be held responsible can not give rise to any refund, the packages can be reshipped with new shipping costs to be paid via a banking platform or bank transfer.
Return Policy: Where personalised items are concerned, the provisions of Article L. 121-20-2, 3° of the French Consumer Code shall apply and shall deprive the customer of its 14-day cooling-off period and of the right to return personalised goods.
However, we commit ourselves to examine any request for return and to answer it within one week. In particular, any printing problem will result in the replacement of the T-shirt, according to the terms set by our partner.
